Backed with a strong acumen of the technical and business aspects of the telecom domain, KV Nair’s consultative approach to provide telecom solutions for some of India’s large telcos has earned him high respect in the industry.

Spanning a rich experience of two decades, KVN brings to NMSWorks the deep industry insight and experience of successfully handling very large projects across verticals like Power, Telecommunications and Transportation. This coupled with his successful track record of growing and managing organizations immensely helps NMSWorks charter a focused growth path.

Prior to NMSWorks, KVN in his capacity as the COO steered Banyan Networks, a network technology company, to ten-times the revenue level during his tenure. Earlier to that, as General Manager at Sify Infoway, he was instrumental in the rapid rollout of Sify’s Internet services establishing it as the leader in that space.

KV Nair had also worked with large organizations like National Thermal Power Corporation, Central Electrical Authority and Crompton Greaves handling large projects in Power and Transportation.

KV Nair holds an engineering degree awarded by the premier Regional Engineering College –Calicut. He also holds higher degree in Finance awarded by FMS New Delhi.

With a span of 20 year experience in large telecom industries like ITI and HTL, Manickavasagam brings in a wealth of experience with him to NMSWorks in the Telecom arena. Apart from holding a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication from Madras University, he hold a Diploma on Improving Production for Competitiveness by IFA in Sweden and several other industry – oriented courses from IISc, Bangalore.

Manickavasagam is responsible for delivering projects as per agreed time, quality and costs. Under his guidance the deliverables were stream lined and customer satisfaction achieved. He is also responsible for Business development and has taken great pains to bring in ITI and others as long term customers.

Cherian comes with an industry experience of more than two decades, in Sales & marketing in the Telecommunications industry with stints in Tata Communications (erstwhile VSNL), SIFY, Banyan Networks and HCL. He is a Postgraduate in Business Administration, from Institute of Finance Management & Research, Chennai, and a Degree in Electrical Engineering from R.V.College of Engineering, Bangalore.

Cherian is responsible for Sales & Marketing globally, addressing the Communication Service Providers business. He is also responsible for building strategic alliances with leading System Integrators and equipment manufacturers.

Srikanth Swaminathan leads the Product Development team at NMSWorks architecting next generation CygNet Network Management and Operations Systems.

Srikanth brings over 13 years of development experience in telecommunication and networking software systems. He has held senior Technical positions in leading telecom companies including Lucent, Avaya and Alcatel and has been actively involved in the design of Advanced Transport Management Software for SONET based Optical TDM Network Elements and Multimedia Communication Software for VoIP systems.

Srikanth holds Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS, Pilani, India.

N. Jaya Prakash leads the Product Development team at NMSWorks architecting CygNet Network Management Systems. He brings in over 15+ years of IT development experience in the telecommunication and networking domain.

He has held senior Technical positions in companies like HSBSoft Technologies, DCIS – Ooty and was the Center Head in AptechComputer Education – Ooty. He has worked with different technologies including IP, VOIP, Radio Microwaves. His Core competence is in Participation/Management of Conceive, Design & Development of Software Products/Portals for Telecom vertical.

Jayaprakash holds M.Sc. (IT), from Alagappa University after completing B.Sc. (Computer Science)
